Image and Content AI for the Social Planner

The integration of Content AI into your Social Planner posts is a great way to quickly and effectively build content and connect with your leads on all your social platforms.

Navigation

Step 1: Create a New Post

  • Go to Marketing on the left > Social Planner at the top > click on + New Post
  •  Choose the option to create a new post with Content AI.
  • Enter necessary details like the post title, description, keywords, content tone, and select the desired content length (small, medium, large, or custom) instead of specifying word counts.

Step 2: Choose from variations.

  • Once you've filled in the form, it will generate variations of suggested prompts. Simply choose the one that best fits your needs and copy the variation content, which will appear on the right side of the editor space.
  • If you're satisfied with the details of your post, click Continue, and you're done.

Step 3: Prepare your content

  • Once you have selected your content, you can still edit your content by adding an image, editing the font style, and adding more hashtags, tags, videos, or emojis. 
  • You can also edit the text by using the Content AI feature. Click on the content ai button and you will see the options:
  • Improvise Writing - Experience a transformation in your writing, enhancing it even when you're unsure what needs fixing.
  • Make Longer - Take your initial concepts and watch them flourish into a rich tapestry of thought-provoking content.
  • Make Shorter - Craft a concise message that packs a powerful punch, leaving a lasting impact on your audience.
  • Spelling Check and Grammar - Enjoy the confidence of knowing your writing is polished to perfection, without altering your unique tone.
  • Simplify Writing - Watch complex ideas transform into clear, concise statements that resonate with your audience. 
  • Select the option you need and you will now have the option to replace the text or regenerate. For this example, I chose ”Make Longer”.

Step 4:Enhanced Content AI - Image Integration

The CRM's Content AI includes an improved model for image generation. Create high-quality images with ease.

Important Note: Images with human figures/faces may not be perfect, and improvements are ongoing. If multiple variations are requested (e.g., 4), the system might produce fewer images (like 1), and you will be charged accordingly. The 'Filmic' style option in the image AI is now renamed to 'Animated'.

How to Use Image AI in the Social Planner To use Image AI within the Social Planner:

  • Go to Marketing > Social Planner > New Post.
  • Select the social media platform you want to publish on.
  • Click on the Image Upload icon and select "Create Image using AI" from the dropdown menu.
  • Describe the image you want to generate, choose the number of variations (1 to 5), and select a style (Photography, Digital Art, or Fine Art).
  • Content AI will generate realistic images or art based on your description. Choose the preferred variation if it aligns with your requirements.

Things to Keep in Mind When Using Image AI

  • Avoid using promotional language such as "discount" or "sale," as these terms may not be interpreted well by the AI.
  • Provide realistic and clear descriptions for the best results, as overly complex or vague descriptions might lead to inaccurate image generation.
  • Avoid using symbols in descriptions, as AI interprets symbols differently and this might affect the outcome.
  • Specify important details, especially if certain elements are crucial for the image.
  • Experiment with different descriptions and styles to find what works best for your needs.


Step 5: Content AI: Tailoring Content-Length to Your Needs

Content AI is an AI-powered writing assistant that can help generate content faster, easier, and better. It's a valuable tool that has evolved based on customer feedback to make content creation even more versatile.

You can select the desired length of content in each module, tailoring it to your specific needs. This customization ensures that the content generated aligns perfectly with your goals.

Here's how you can adjust content length in various modules:

Funnel - Paragraph Element: Customize the length of your content for funnel elements.
Social Planner - Posts: Choose the ideal content length for your social media posts.
Email Builder - Text: Tailor the length of your email content to match your messaging.
Blog - Section Option: Control the content length for different sections of your blog posts.

Step 6: Publish

  • Once ready, check all the details and save it for later or post it right away.
