Usage Summary, Transaction and Audit Logs for Phone Usage

You can now access detailed Usage Summary, Transaction, and Audit Logs for phone usage. New features include A2P Submission Checkboxes and the ability to view message segments and call duration under Summary and Transactions.

How to Access A2P Submission Checkboxes:

  1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center.
  2. Click on Start Registering Now.
  3. Fill out all your details, including business details and address.
  4. Once you have entered your information, hit Continue and confirm.
  5. On the next page, scroll down to the bottom to see the two new checkboxes.

How to View Message Segments and Call Duration under Summary and Transactions:

  1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Usage Summary.
  2. You will see a summary of your spending for this month, last month, and the previous month.
  1. Below the summary, you will see detailed transactions.
    • Clicking on the ID of an SMS message will show you the number of segments, contact name, when it was sent, and the type of SMS sent.
    • Clicking on the ID of a recent call will show you the call duration.

A2P Submission Audit Logs:

Audit logs now include A2P (Application-to-Person) registration information, such as branding campaign submissions or resubmissions. This provides users with more detailed information including:

  • Who submitted the information
  • The submission date
  • The status of the submission
  • Additional pertinent details

This enhancement provides users with greater transparency and comprehensive details regarding their phone usage activities.
