This guide will walk you through connecting your Zoom account and setting it up to work seamlessly with your calendar for efficient appointment scheduling.

Limitations with Zoom Integration

  • Each user can connect only one Zoom integration per subaccount.
  • The same Zoom integration cannot be linked across multiple subaccounts. For example, if User A connects their Zoom in Subaccount A, they cannot use the same Zoom account in Subaccount B.

FAQs

1. Which Calendars Support Dynamic Zoom Links?
Dynamic Zoom links are supported in Round Robin and Collective calendars only, generating a unique Zoom link for each appointment booked.

2. How Can I Use Zoom with Other Calendar Types?
For Event & Class Booking calendars, you can manually generate a Zoom meeting link in Zoom and paste it as the meeting location in your calendar settings.

Steps:

  • Generate the Zoom meeting link in your Zoom account.
  • In the calendar settings, choose “Custom” as the meeting location.
  • Paste the Zoom link. This creates a static link used for all bookings in that calendar.
