Useful Tips:
- Recommendation for Naming and Tagging: Team members are advised to name images and add keywords for easier searchability.
- Compress Images in ZIP Files: Compressing images into ZIP files reduces their size for faster uploads and downloads, improving file management efficiency and minimizing storage space usage.

5- Multi Select
- The Multi-Select feature in Media Storage is designed to streamline file management by allowing users to select multiple files simultaneously and perform bulk actions such as moving, downloading, or deleting.
- To use it, simply enter multi-select mode by dragging across files in grid view or using checkboxes in the list view. Once selected, you can execute the desired action.
Sync Google Drive with Your Media Storage
Users can sync files directly between Google Drive and their media storage in Referins. This integration simplifies file management, allowing users to access and organize all their essential files from within Referins, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.
How to Use: Connect your Google Drive to Media Storage, then drag, drop, and organize files as needed. Note that folder creation and uploads are two-way synced, while rename and delete functions remain disabled for Google Drive to protect file integrity. Users can create folders, upload files in the folder and in the root folder

Notes
- Users can select and download up to 100 files at a time. If a file size exceeds 2 GB, it will be skipped in multi-download and has to be downloaded individually.
- In multi-select mode, the “Rename” and “Get Link” options will be disabled for selected files to maintain simplicity during bulk actions.
