Referins allows you to customize your notification preferences to suit your work style, giving you flexibility and control over how you receive reminders. This article walks you through setting up and customizing your notifications within an account, ensuring you never miss a task or important message again.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Customizable Reminder Times: Schedule task reminders based on your preferred time zones, ensuring you and your team receive timely alerts.
  • Multiple Notification Channels: Notifications can be sent via in-app messages, SMS, and email, allowing you to choose the channel that works best for you.
  • Daily Notifications: Set up reminders for due and overdue tasks, helping you manage priorities efficiently.

How to Use

Step 1: Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Select My Profile from the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click on the Notifications tab at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Customizing Notification Preferences

In the Notifications tab, you will see three categories: In-app, Email, and SMS. Each category represents the method through which you can receive notifications.

1- In-app Notifications:

  • Available for both mobile and desktop versions.
  • Ensure that the desktop notification bell is visible and mobile notifications are set for prompt delivery.

Desktop notification

Users can receive notifications when they are outside Referins. They need to ensure that Referins's website can push desktop notifications in the browser settings.
