The submissions interface makes it much easier to manage leads and data from forms, surveys, and quizzes. It’s designed to help you see and organize everything clearly, so you can analyze your submissions, act on them quickly, and keep your workflow smooth. Whether you’re collecting leads, feedback, or qualifying information, it’s all about making the process more straightforward and efficient for you.

How to Use the Submissions Interface

Step 1: Access the Submissions Page

  • Navigate to Sites and then to the FormsSurveys, or Quizzes section.
  • Select Submissions from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Filter and Search Submissions

  • Use the Date Picker in the top-right corner to filter submissions by specific timeframes.
  • Use the Search Bar to locate submissions using name, email, phone, or contact ID.

Step 3: Customize Displayed Fields

  • Click Manage Columns (gear icon) to choose which fields to display.
  • Select or deselect fields, then click Apply to update the view.
  • Resize column width in the table view by dragging the edges.

Step 4: Export Submissions

  • To export submissions, click the Export button at the top-right.
  • The file will be emailed to you for download.

Step 5: View Individual Submissions

  • Click on the timestamp of a submission to expand its details.
  • Download the submission as a PDF from the expanded view.

Step 6: Download or delete the submissions

  • Select form submissions to download (in CSV format) or delete entries.
