Using the LeadConnector Mobile App allows you to take the convenience of your system on the go with you, using features right from your phone. You can toggle between the various available features/sections using the icons at the bottom of the app.
How to use:
- Click on the Calendar icon.

- Click on the horizontal bar dropdown to view the schedules of multiple users, calendars, or groups in a single, unified calendar view.
Note that selecting one of these options will require you to deselect the others.

- Once you have made your selection, you will then be able to see the schedules of all your selections under the events area. Each selection will have a different colour and that will reflect across the events.

- Click on a date to view your appointments for that particular date.

- Quick Access to Calendar Links:
In the top right corner, click the Share button to access a quick link to your scheduling options: - Scheduling Link: Provides a reusable link for clients to book appointments.
- One-Time Link: Generates a one-time booking link, ideal for unique situations where only one appointment is needed.
- Click the + icon at the bottom right to create a new appointment or block time.

For Blocking time:
- Choose the calendar, timezone, start & end times, Event title, and description.

For Appointment:
- Choose the contact you wish to schedule an appointment with.

- To completely customize the booking, add the contact information, choose a calendar, and specify the calendar and the particular team member.
- Give an appointment title and description.

- Choose the meeting Location and update the appointment status.

Please note: You must have a calendar created. To create or edit calendar or user settings, log into your Desktop App.
