We can now integrate our POS system with service calendars for mobile payments. This enhancement allows business owners to seamlessly collect the balance amount for service appointments where a deposit payment has been recorded, using Tap to Pay and the POS system.
Key Features:
- View Payment Amounts in Calendar Events
Navigate to the Appointments section on the mobile app and tap the event card of a service appointment. You can now easily view the amount due for that specific service. - View and Edit Invoices
Access the associated invoice directly within the event card. You can also edit the invoice to include additional costs, such as extra services or extended time beyond the allotted period. - Record Payments
Record payments for services directly from the appointment event using Tap to Pay, Card, Cash, or Manual Entry.
How It Works:
- Enable Payment Settings
Head over to the calendars section on your sub-account via the web and ensure you turn on the "Accept Payments" toggle under your service calendar's Forms and Payments section. Do not forget to set the payment mode to "Live."

- Define Payment Settings
Configure your payment settings within the calendar and hit save. - Appointment Visibility
Every time a customer books an appointment, the event will appear on your mobile app under the Calendars section.

- Access the Mobile App
Open the mobile app with the same subaccount selected. - Tap on the Event
Select the event to proceed with the payment process. - View Payment Details
You will see the amount due for the service along with two buttons: "View Invoice" and "Record Payment."

- Invoice Management
Tapping on "View Invoice" will open up the invoice, allowing you to make edits.

- Record Payment
Tapping on "Record Payment" will open up the payments instrument screen.

- Complete the Payment
Select Tap to Pay or your preferred method to record the payment, and you're good to go!
Why This Matters:
This feature seamlessly ties together two of the mobile app's most prominent modules—calendars and POS—ensuring a straightforward and seamless payment collection flow.
