How to Use

For Store Owners:

1. Setting Up a Digital Product:
   • Go to: Payments > Products and set up your desired product.

• Now, Navigate to Payments > Inventory Tab and select the particular product. Under Shipping and Delivery, choose “Digital” as the product type.
• Use the Click to Upload option to add the digital files. You can upload up to 10 files (100 MB max per file). For more files, create a ZIP file under 100 MB.
• Save after uploading files.

1. Setting Up Order Confirmation:
   • Enable the “Order Confirmation Email” toggle in Payments > Settings > Notifications to ensure digital products are delivered via email.

For Customers:

1. Purchasing and Receiving Your Digital Product:
   • Customers can browse and select the digital product from the store catalog, add it to their cart, and complete the purchase by proceeding through the checkout process with an available online payment method (excluding COD).

• Automated fulfillment of digital products:

• After checkout, an Order Confirmation Email with an “Access Downloads” button will be sent.

• Clicking this button directs the customer to the Customer Access Center where they’ll log in using an OTP sent to their email.

1. Accessing Downloads via Unique URL:
   • Customers can also access their digital downloads directly via: <storeurl>/store/account/orders (e.g., myawesomestore.com/store/account/orders).

• Order Requirements: 
• Digital product delivery is limited to orders through e-commerce stores.
• When a physical product is bought with Cash on Delivery, digital upsell products require payment through alternative online methods.
• Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for digital products, requiring alternative online payment methods for digital upsell products if paired with physical items.
• When a physical product is bought with Cash on Delivery, digital upsell products require payment through alternative online methods.
• No Shipping Fees: Digital products incur no shipping fees, although physical items will apply standard rates.
• Download Restrictions: Customers can download up to 10 files, with each file limited to 100 MB.
• File Downloads: All the files will get downloaded at once as separate files and not as a zipped file
• Customer Login Required: Customers must log in to the Customer Access Center to access their downloads.
• Automated Fulfilment of Orders: All digital products in an order will be automatically marked as fulfilled, with the fulfillment details left blank.
