How to Use
For Store Owners:
- Setting Up a Digital Product:
- Go to: Payments > Products and set up your desired product.

- Now, Navigate to Payments > Inventory Tab and select the particular product. Under Shipping and Delivery, choose “Digital” as the product type.

- Save after uploading files.
- Setting Up Order Confirmation:
- Enable the “Order Confirmation Email” toggle in Payments > Settings > Notifications to ensure digital products are delivered via email.

- When a physical product is bought with Cash on Delivery, digital upsell products require payment through alternative online methods.
- Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for digital products, requiring alternative online payment methods for digital upsell products if paired with physical items.

- No Shipping Fees: Digital products incur no shipping fees, although physical items will apply standard rates.
