Restoring deleted workflows is a crucial feature that allows users to recover workflows that have been removed. This feature ensures that important processes can be restored, preventing the loss of valuable data and configurations.

How to Restore Deleted Workflows

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Workflow List Page
    • Go to Automation > Workflows
  1. Access the "Deleted" Tab
    • On the Workflow list page, click on the newly added "Deleted" tab to view all deleted workflows.
  1. Select the Workflow to Restore
    • Browse through the list of deleted workflows and locate the one you want to restore.
    • Click on the "Restore" button next to the workflow.
  1. Confirm Restoration
    • After clicking the "Restore" button, the workflow will be moved from the deleted list back to the main workflow list in Draft stage.

Note

  • Restored workflows will be in the Draft stage upon restoration. Ensure to review and publish them if necessary.
  • Contacts in the wait step will be removed from the workflow execution upon restoration.
  • The workflow will retain its original triggers and actions, but any contacts in the workflow when it was deleted will not be restored.
  • Deleted workflows will remain accessible for 90 days. Once a workflow is restored, it cannot be deleted again for the next 48 hours. If you attempt to delete it within this period, you will receive a notification informing you of the restriction.
