Additional Features

Tracking Viewer Progress on a funnel-hosted Video

This feature can help increase lead conversion by targeting viewers based on their interaction with your content.

How to Use Video Progress Tracking

  1. Setup Video Element:
    • Access the funnel page containing your video and open it in the editor.
  • Select the video element and disable the "Show Progress Bar" option.
Please Note: The accuracy of the video tracking depends on whether or not you have turned off the progress bar. Keeping it toggled on would interfere with the accuracy of the workflow's video tracking.

Create a Redirect Page:

  • Build a blank page with a form for unregistered visitors to collect their contact information before they can continue watching the video. This ensures they get registered as contacts in the system so that you can include them in the workflow afterward!
  • Ensure this page is part of the same funnel and set it as the redirect destination for unregistered visitors.
  • Save and preview to make sure that everything is working.

Go to the automation settings and create a new trigger based on video tracking with the necessary filters.

Why do my videos start on mute?

This is due to the regulations that auto-playing videos on iOS, Safari, Chrome, Android, Firefox, and Edge must start muted. The browser manufacturers control this policy, which cannot be overruled.

Note: Non-auto-played videos start unmuted.
