Prerequisites:
- Your Facebook account must be connected in the settings > Integration tab.
- Ensure that your account has been granted access to the Facebook Lead Forms.
- In Settings > Integrations > Facebook Form Fields Mapping, verify that the lead forms are correctly mapped and that the status is set to ✔️
Note: If the fields are not mapped, leads will not be added to the workflow.
Step 1: Start a new workflow or edit an existing one
- Navigate to Automation > Workflows and start a new workflow or edit an existing one.

Step 2: Creating and Editing the Trigger
- Click “Add New Workflow Trigger”

- Select Facebook Lead Form Submitted in the Events section of the Workflow Triggers Menu or use the search feature
