Manually resending them

Step 1:

  • Navigate to your contact record in question
  • Find the email that went out with the membership credentials
  • Retry if the email failed, or copy and paste the information to send to the user directly

Step 2: Resetting and Resending

  • Navigate to your contact record in question
  • Scroll down on the left-hand side of the contact
  • Select “Change Password”
  • Here, you can generate a new password and either copy and send that manually, or send an email notification of the change.
